ADHD assessments
2 hours / $1080 – $1800
In-person adult ADHD assessments are available for clients aged 18 years and older living in Canterbury between Kaikoura and Ashburton who are querying whether they may fit the criteria for a diagnosis.
Zoom ADHD assessments will be available for NZ residents living outside of Canterbury from December 2025. As GPs will be able to prescribe stimulant medication from February 1st 2026, I will need to confirm that your GP is able to provide this service to you following an ADHD diagnosis prior to the assessment being paid for.
Please note, that evidence of symptoms before the age of 12 is required for a diagnosis to be made.

ACC Specialist Cover and Function Assessments
2–6 hours / no charge
Specialist cover and function assessments are available for mental injury claims under the ACC ISSC service. I offer this service in Christchurch and Wellington.
I have specialist expertise in assessing dissociative disorders including complex PTSD and dissociative identity disorder (DID).
Clients, ACC providers, and ACC recovery partners are invited to get in contact to check my current availability.
EMDR Therapy (waitlist closed)
90 minutes / $285
EMDR Therapy can be beneficial for individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety and PTSD.
Sessions are tailored to help people work through and delve into the past experiences which are manifesting in their current struggles and life encounters.
Please note:
Therapy spaces are currently full and the waitlist is closed until 2027.
Subsidies
Some clients could be eligible for a partial or full subsidy, for their therapy expenses through channels such as the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), health insurance, or ACC sensitive claims services.
